STRUCTURAL FABRICATION
Industrial Manufacturing
Production includes fabrication of sectional steel structures, basins and load-bearing frames designed for continuous industrial duty. Materials, protective coatings and assembly methods are selected to withstand aggressive environments, vibration loads and long-term exposure to moisture. Manufacturing is performed under licensed technology ensuring structural rigidity, corrosion resistance and predictable lifecycle performance.
THERMAL ENGINEERING
Engineering Adaptation
Each project begins with detailed analysis of process heat loads, hydraulic regimes, ambient design temperatures and seasonal variability. Based on these parameters, the cooling tower configuration is adapted within the licensed VODEH technological framework to ensure required thermal performance, controlled approach temperature and stable operation under peak summer conditions and variable production loads.
ASSEMBLY & INTEGRATION
System Configuration
Mechanical assembly integrates fill packs, water distribution systems, drift eliminators and high-efficiency fan units into a coordinated thermal system. Airflow geometry and water dispersion are calibrated to ensure uniform heat exchange, minimized pressure losses and stable fan operation. Particular attention is given to maintainability, modularity and future operational flexibility.
QUALITY CONTROL
Inspection & Performance Verification
Quality assurance is implemented throughout fabrication and assembly stages, including dimensional verification, mechanical alignment checks and pre-commissioning inspection. Critical components are validated for structural integrity and operational readiness to ensure the installed tower achieves defined hydraulic capacity, thermal output and long-term reliability in industrial service.

Basalt Fiber Production Facility, UAE
Industrial Cooling System Implementation

Two-section industrial cooling tower system engineered and manufactured under licensed VODEH technology for a continuous basalt fiber production plant in Al Fujairah, UAE.

The project included full engineering adaptation to high ambient temperatures, fabrication of sectional tower units, installation, hydraulic commissioning and integration with the plant’s process cooling loop.

The system delivers stable temperature reduction from +40°C to +35°C under a hydraulic load of 750 m³/h per tower, with variable frequency fan control ensuring adaptive performance and energy efficiency in fluctuating climatic conditions.

Commissioned in 2024.
